I'm pretty confused as to how to make the table.
How do you make the table? As in, do you export it from the SPSS to Word and then make changes, or do I have to make it from scratch in Word? If there is a way to export the data from SPSS into Word in the table form, how do you do that?

I would definitely recommend making the table from scratch in Word. It will end up saving you time because the formatting will get all messed up if you try to copy it from SPSS. If you like how your table turns out, you can always use your table from this assignment as a template for future assignments (and tweaking the columns and rows as needed). I did that last year, and it saved me a lot of time.
This is great advice.
Another very important thing to remember is that decimal tabs are your very best friend in making tables...and certainly the easiest way to get the decimals to align.
