Because the total SPSS output could be very long, you don't need to attach everything. However, you need to copy and paste things as follows:
Questions 2, 5 and 8: relevant plots (assumptions)
Question 3: scatterplots
Qustions 4, 5 and 8: table that shows multicollinearity
