For instance, for # 1 can we just put, "Group 0: Mean of x = #, mean of y = #, SD = #. Group 1: Mean of x = #, mean of y = #, SD = #."
And for #9, is ok to just say "the intercept is or is not significantly different than 0" for our answer since that is what the question is asking? Or is there some special way to be formatting it?

You don't need to do the write up part in APA for this assignment: you would be unlikely to write up the answers to these sorts of questions in a paper anyway (except maybe t-test).
I would say a bit more on #9, such as reporting the values of the output that lead you to your answer.
